Dear Regina, I sympathize with your situation. You have natal Venus retrograde in Aries in the eighth house of sex and intimacy. Your long-time pattern, which dates back even before this life, is to jump in too soon, emotionally and sexually, once you feel that exciting spark of chemistry. But then you start to feel confined, as if you’ve lost your independence or sense of self. The guys you’ve attracted are Peter Pan types. They’re loads of fun, but they often cheat, can’t commit, or at least can’t be counted on.
But don’t despair – you’re in process of breaking this old pattern. Through next January, transiting Pluto will be squaring your Venus, triggering a death-and-rebirth of your love habits. But that requires fully owning your strong, fiery, Amazon Queen of a Venus – and getting clear on what kind of man would more ably suit your stable, sensual Taurus Sun. Somebody who’s going to stick around. You were also born when Saturn and Neptune were together in Libra, sign of marriage. This challenges you to create a relationship in which both your romantic/spiritual needs AND your desire for stability and dependability are met. This is a tall order, but you’re up to it.
