I was born on February 26, 1986. I find understanding natal chart descriptions extremely complex…and, well, at a time like this I need some help understanding what my path is. I recently came home from a 3 year stint in London, England. It was such a struggle to live there but it changed my life. I felt that it was my spiritual home. From the second I stepped off the plane I knew I was meant to be there. I felt safe. But, sadly, things did not work out and I had to return to my family home in Canada. Neither love nor work panned out as I had so desperately hoped they would. Now I feel I have lost my passion for London and am lost. But, I can’t quite give up my dream of living there. Am I supposed to fight to get back there despite all the obstacles or am I supposed to leave that dream in the past, be realistic and make my future here? If you could help me in any way I would truly appreciate it. I feel lost at this time and I am hesitant to step in any direction as I may change the course of my destiny. I feel as if my time is precious. I would like to meet my soul partner, start my life and live. Will these things happen for me in another country as I was told before? Thank you. (KS)
No wonder you feel hesitant and lost at this time as transiting Neptune moves across your Jupiter in your 9th house, the house of life purpose, direction and meaning. It is natural for a Pisces Sun to feel especially sensitive to the task of finding and pursuing their destiny. In your case, your natal chart shows your Sun/Venus/Jupiter conjunct in Pisces in the 9th house which is why you would have been told that your destiny lies in another country or location and these positions explain why you would have been receptive to this idea and the potential to find a life, career and partner in another country.
During your recent 3 year stint in England transiting Uranus opposed your natal Moon in the 4th house suggesting a move to a new, exciting and life changing location which would likely be temporary or a stepping stone that would not be permanent at this time. During a Uranus transit it is crucial to be willing to take a risk, try what you feel drawn to and to know this period will and should be life changing though not easy to predict. I suspect you feel that your sojourn in England failed or did not work out as it could or should have yet your Uranian evolution did take place as you noted when you said your life has been changed. Yes, these years were a struggle, deeply disappointing and now you are back home wondering how to proceed but don’t give up your dream. You still have 3 planets in the 9th house, the house of long distant and foreign moves, which should lead to a move in the future as your destiny unfolds during these years in which transiting Neptune moves to conjunct your Sun in 2014 and 2015. I am sure that your destiny is right on track despite your current, quite understandable sadness.
Notice that in 2014 transiting Pluto will conjunct your 7th house cusp, the Descendant, which is the angle of marriage and partnership, and the time that could be described as the time for you to find and marry your soul partner. Transiting Saturn entered your 5th house of romance and falling in love this past fall where it will deepen your openness to a serious, long lasting love as Saturn trines your Pisces planets over this next 2 years. In 2013 and early 2014 transiting Jupiter will conjunct your Ascendant beginning a new 12 year cycle of confidence, opportunity, and potential for you. Remember that your Pisces planets are co-ruled by Jupiter and Neptune enhancing your sensitivity to these coming transits which show your destiny approaching. Once Jupiter is in Cancer it will also trine your Pisces planets as Neptune is beginning its conjunction to your Sun. Transiting Uranus will begin trining your Saturn, ruler of your 7th house, in 2013. This trio of coming trines will provide an increasing ease in your life and the unfolding of your plans.
I think it is important to be aware that your progressed Mercury moved to retrograde motion when you were 9 years old which indicates that your plans will lead you in directions that may initially difficult to make sense of at the time but they will all make sense over time. Mercury will progress back to direct motion when you are 31 when all of these pieces come together. Meanwhile, your progressed Moon moved into your 4th house of home 6 months ago where it will remain for the next 2+ years which is an important time for you to be home in Canada with your family. I believe your journey to England gave you a glimpse of your future, opened you in necessary ways and now you are home where your destiny has guided you to be. It is time to start your life at home knowing that your life will lead you back overseas in the future. Chart interpretation is complex at first but, if you continue to study, your chart will be ever easier to understand becoming the amazing guidance tool it genuinely can be.
After having my second child and being a stay at home Mom for 9 months, I decided to change directions in my career life for when I return to work. I’m wondering, first off, where did this sudden desire come from and in what direction should I channel my desire? I just always assumed I would work with kids (after doing it for 10 years), eventually finish college and become a social worker. I can’t even believe that it is me when I type these words now. I have this desire for something less mainstream, more homeopathic, more metaphysical and cosmic. Does that even make sense? It’s hard to describe. My first step was attending a massage school which I LOVE but I’m wondering where I should go next? I was thinking about becoming a certified Douala and staring my own practice or should I just go with the flow and see what the universe presents to me after finishing school? My birthday is March 25, 1983. Thank you for your time. (SL)
This year, 2012, is the year of your 1st Saturn return when the next 30 year cycle of your life begins to reveal itself demanding that you be willing to listen to the voice of your soul as it guides you forward to maturing your soul purpose. At age 29, meeting your Saturn return in Scorpio in the 12th house of soul calling has meant a time of revelation. In addition to your important Saturn return, transiting Uranus, the planet of change and sudden revelations, has been conjuncting your Sun/Mercury in the 5th house of children revealing your next step to knowing how you will work with children in this life. Uranus has brought you’re a 2nd child and a growing awareness of your life purpose shown by your Sun and Mercury in the house of children, your own, but the Sun also rules your 10th house of career which is also growing toward a fuller expression of working with the world’s children. It is always fun to point out how clearly we describe our charts and their current transits and progressions if we just listen to ourselves – transiting Uranus conjunct your Mercury is surely sudden knowledge and desire to pursue a new direction. Not only do you have your Sun/Mercury in the 5th house, you were born with Leo, the sign of children, on the Midheaven career angle highlighting your Moon in Leo in the 10th house. Yes, you are here to have children and work with children. Yes, this is the moment when you are being shown the next steps in your life and life work.
Being born with both Saturn and Pluto in the 12th house reveals that your purpose is making itself know now as transiting Saturn in the 12th house has been triggering this inner knowledge. It is easy to look at your natal chart, your current transits and your 7 planets in fire and know that you must follow your deepest passions. You LOVE massage and, yes, becoming a certified Doula sounds like a perfect step forward in your career but not your last step. You are and always will be a lifetime learner continuing to study and improve your knowledge but likely this study will be less planned ahead of time and more of a response to inner guidance. As transiting Jupiter moves into your 9th house of higher education in the fall of 2013 and the spring of 2014 you may decide to return to college but I would suggest following your current passions for now. Finally, yes, your desire to choose less traditional and more metaphysical and cosmic directions is perfectly in tune with your 12th house Saturn and Pluto in your 12th and Scorpio rising.
