Goddess pose always feels like a sensitively strong shape to take with Libra energy. It helps us develop our strength inside of our peace. This is a pose you might want to do every day this month. Each time, sense what is happening inside of this shape.
The Moon is in Aries (the sign opposite Libra). This sign ignites fire, independence, going for what you want, belief in Self. It is a force that can feel determined! there’s lots of passionate energies that need balancing now.
Step your feet apart (wider than your hips) so that heels are slightly turned in and toes out. Take some deep breaths aligning a stable shape for your body.
Root through your legs while bending both knees, and finding somewhat of a wide squat. You might try swaying/tilting the pelvis until you feel most comfortable to breathe into a balanced and meditatively strong pose.
Try bringing your fingers or hands to your brow point at the forehead. Let your elbows go out to the sides and press gently near your brows to relax your face/eyes and to trust in who you are.
